Our Easy Process
Phone Consultation
Once you fill out our form, we’ll get back with a call to discuss your project in detail.
On-Site Consultation
We’ll come to your site to assess the situation and see what we have to work with. Our 1 hour on-site consultation comes with a fee of $500. We’ll provide an accurate written estimate based on your vision and our assessment.
Signing The Contract
After we’ve discussed your project, we’ll analyze the specifics together and answer any questions you may have. Once we agree on the details, we prepare and sign the contract.
Design Phase
Here is where your dream starts taking form. We’ll design your dream deck, boathouse, or pier taking your feedback along the way. Once you’re happy with the design, we get to work.
Pre-Job Walkthrough & Site Protection
Before getting to work, we’ll do a walkthrough of the site to give you a better idea of what you can expect in the following days. We then seal off all the areas that aren’t under construction and protect your surroundings. In case of a boathouse restoration, we’ll make sure it’s kept structurally safe while we perform the repairs.
Construction Phase
We get to work, making sure to keep you informed through each step in the process. Once your project is complete, we leave your area spotless so that you and your family can enjoy it as soon as possible.
Post-Job Walkthrough
To ensure we left no stone unturned, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough of the project. We’ll confirm everything is as you wanted and whether any final adjustments need to be made.
Follow-Up And Warranty
We keep in touch with you after the completion of your project, following up after 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months. After 12 months, we’ll personally come to your home to see if there’s anything we can do for you and your family.
We back our work by a two-year craftsmanship warranty. If anything unexpected happens that is within our control, we’ll come on-site and take care of it as soon as possible.
