  • Lead Carpenter

Skills required: experience in deck building or marine carpentry.

  • Project Manager
Skills required: 10-12 or more years of experience in marine decking/access steps/outdoor carpentry + being able to lead a team and keep projects on schedule
  • Apprentice
Skills required: punctuality, reliability, trainability, initiative, action-oriented, a good team player that wants to improve
  • Seasonal Workers
Skills required: someone looking for experience with the opportunity for a full-time position ( college students, high school graduates are preferred )
